WDC develops plans to preserve the architectural details of a home, designs 'liveable' floor plans based on the needs of the residents, and observes smart growth principles. Our homes are designed with care and compassion, reflecting the belief that design impacts the quality of life. We interview residents about their lives, learn what works best for them and incorporate those needs into our designs. Mothers like kitchens open to living rooms so they can prepare meals while watching their children play and do homework. Our elderly desire short, bright corridors with easy access to laundry and trash facilities. Wdc creates each floor plan for the comfort and convenience of our residents.
