Restraints on Alienation
The units have received special funds from various governmental agencies which have allowed the units to be offered for sale at a price substantially below the price they would sell for in the open market. In exchange for the ability to buy the units at a much reduced price, the buyers have certain obligations. The most significant obligation includes a reduced right to resell the units for a profit.
